Maintenance At Work
Maintenance Items
| No. | What needs to be done to achieve better performance | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Check around the field to remove the garbage such as stones, steel, wood etc | Every day |
| 2 | Check the oil condition if the oil pressure gauge is in the red area (even if the pressure indication is normal) | Every day |
| No. | DO | Don’t |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Tighten the fuel tank cap and wipe off spilled fuel after refueling | Do not smoke, prevent any flame when infuse fuel |
| 2 | Before working, put all clutch on the “OFF” position, operate the handle throttle and adjust the engine speed around 2000 rpm | Do not lower the engine speed during steering (or else the cleaning rate reducing and grain blockage will be happened) |
| 3 | When the auxiliary shift lever needs to be changed during working, stop walking firstly | Do not shift any gear during machine walking forward |
| 4 | When harvesting near the field ridge, please be careful to avoid any hit | Do not hit the divider to the field ridge |
| 5 | After turning the key to the “Start” position, if the engine fails to start within 10 seconds, turn the key to the “Off” position and wait for 30 seconds before restarting the engine | Do not switch on the key continuely more than 10 seconds (or else engine may damage) |
| 6 | Check the field moist situation before working | Do not harvest if crops are wet (Or else it will cause damage to the concave screen and auger) |
| 7 | Use the front for uphill and the back for downhill to prevent rollover | Do not use high speed level to cross the ridge and steep |
| 8 | Check the air filter and intake pipe any time | Do not continue to work when the air filter or intake pipe is damaged (or else engine may damage) |
| 9 | During gearshift operation, the main transmission lever must be at neutral position. Change the gear when the machine is completely stopped. Press the brake pedal to change the gear | Do not shift the gear if the transmission gearbox has abnormal noise |
| 10 | Driving slowly and carefully to climb or go cross the pit, it must be leveled with soil or wood blocks | Do not climb the steps forcibly or go through deep pits |
| 11 | Turning slowly if the yield of crops is high | Do not turn fast (or else the total loss rate may be increased) |
| 12 | Use the properly high quality loading ramp to unload machine | Do not choose the ramp without anti-skid design |
| 13 | Driving and turn slowly when accelerating | Do not accelerat and turn suddenly |
| 14 | Clean the sand and stone on road during turning | Do not sharp turn on sand-gravel road with bricks and stones (or else the crawler may damage) |
| 15 | Immediately turn off the engine, lock the parking brake, and place all operating handles in the “OFF” position before check the machine if any blockage or abnormality happened | Do not working if any blockage or abnormality happened |
| 16 | Tighten the cuffs of clothes during operation | Do not wear headband, scarf and waist towel during opeartion |
| 17 | The optimal working operating speed of the engine is between 2500-2600 rpm | Do not working in low engine speed or else the crops may block inside |
