The Production & Processes of Wubota Rubber Crawler
- Treatment of iron tooth: After dusting, cleaning, drying, sandblasting, dipping, and screening, the combination of iron tooth and rubber is more solid.
- Treatment of steel wire: The steel wire with a diameter of 2.6-3.0mm is uniformly fused with the rubber through the winding machine imported from Japan and then paved to the inner layer of the track in an orderly manner. This can give the whole track enough strength and service life.
- Performing: Place the rubber that meets the requirements on the inner layer of the steel wire, insert the specified number and specification of iron teeth, and let it stand for enough time. The iron teeth need to be fixed and covered with soft film to prevent them from damaging the mold surface.
- Vulcanization: From plastic compound rubber to highly elastic or hard cross-linked rubber, in order to obtain more perfect physical and mechanical properties and required chemical properties, improve and expand the use value and application range of rubber materials.
