The header of the full-feed harvester is composed of the header body, the reel, and the header auger. Through the joint assistance of various parts, the grain can be cut and fed into the thresher.

This design is widely used in China and major Southeast Asia because its advantages are convenient maintenance and relatively simple structure. In terms of production and manufacturing costs, the production cost of the header of the full-feed harvester is also much lower than the Half feeding header of the harvester.

The advantage is that it can ensure the integrity of rice straws and reduce the energy consumption of threshing and cleaning. When the half-feed harvester works, the header only harvests the grain, which is more efficient, but the disadvantage is that the loss rate is higher, and not every country’s rice is suitable for the use of the half-feed harvester. Moreover, the maintenance cost is higher due to the transmission structure being more complicated in the header part while repairing.


The Conveyor Part mainly conveys the grain to the threshing part by two conveyor chains.




The thresher is mainly composed of a threshing drum, a concave sieve, a vibrating sieve assembly, a fan system, and a conveying auger connected by a transmission device.

The harvesters Wubota manufacturing are longitudinal axial flow threshing drums. The advantages of longitudinal axial flow drums are better than horizontal axial flow design, because the direction of rice feeding is longitudinal, and this design can accept larger amounts of grain to be digested.

The tooth structure on the threshing drum and the concave plate sieve squeeze each other so that the rice can be rubbed off and dropped on the vibrating sieve.

The vibrating sieve is the cleaning system of the harvester, and the material falling from the concave plate and the separation mechanism enters the vibrating sieve.

The function of the cleaning system is to clean the grain (to remove the mixed residues of straws in the grain.

The vibrating sieve assembly is composed of two upper and lower sieves. Generally, the upper sieve is an adjustable fish scale sieve, and the lower sieve is composed of grids. There is also a round-hole sieve. The round-hole sieve has a better effect on cleaning in some Southeast Asia, but the angle at which the grain falls cannot adjust as a fish scale sieve.

The vibrating sieve has been doing a linear reciprocating motion so that the grains are continuously cleaned, dropped, cleaned, and dropped again until getting to the fan blowing section, while lighter small straws will be blown out from the thresher machine.

The walking part of the crawler harvester is also called the harvester chassis. It is composed of the Driving sprocket, carrier roller, support roller, guide roller, and crawler. They are the parts that control the walking and steering of the harvester.
