1. Shot Peening

2. Make it Blue

For some chains, after the chain is heated to a certain temperature, it is immersed and cooled with chemicals to make the surface of the part appear blue. This will give the chain a nicer appearance while also preventing rust.

3. Phosphating

For some chains, soak the chains in the phosphating solution to phosphate the surface of the chains and make their surfaces black or gray to achieve the anti-corrosion effect. Moreover, the phosphating solution can be recycled, saving energy and protecting the environment.

4. Nickel Plated

Using the method of electroplating or electroless nickel plating, a nickel plating layer is formed on the surface of the chain, which is anti-corrosion and beautiful. Such chains are typically used in exposed outdoor environments.

5. Zinc Plated

8. Quenching

9. Tempered

After quenching, the chain continues to be heated to a certain temperature and then cooled in the heating equipment, which can eliminate stress and improve toughness.
